Enterprise Jordan offers additional protection products that you can purchase along with your rental vehicle. Currently, we offer our customers Super Collision Damage Waiver, Personal Accident Insurance, Excess Reduction, Super Theft Protection, Tires and Windshield Protection, Smart Cover Protection and Roadside Assistance Protection.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

Collision Damage Waiver(CDW): is an insurance product that limits the renter’s liability for damage to the rented vehicle up to a certain amount (excess or deductible). In the event of an accident, the renter is still responsible for the full excess/deductible amount, which varies based on the car group. CDW does not reduce the excess amount; instead, it limits the renter’s liability up to the excess/deductible specified amount.

Excess Reduction (ER)

Excess Reduction: An optional insurance that reduces the amount of excess (deductible) in case of an accident during the rental period. In the event of an accident, obtaining and submitting a police report is mandatory under Jordanian law for any claim to be valid.

Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)

Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW): An optional insurance that reduces the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) excess to zero. In the event of an accident, obtaining and submitting a police report is mandatory under Jordanian law for any claim to be valid.

Theft Protection (TP)

Theft Protection (TP): is an insurance product that limits the renter’s liability in the event of total theft of the rented vehicle up to a certain amount (excess or deductible). In the event of an accident, the renter is still responsible for the full excess/deductible amount, which varies based on the car group. TP does not reduce the excess amount; instead, it limits the renter’s liability up to the excess/deductible specified amount. In the event of theft, adherence to Jordanian law mandates obtaining a police report, which must be submitted with any claim for validation.

Super Theft Protection (STP)

Super Theft Protection (STP): An Optional Insurance that provides comprehensive coverage for the rented vehicle against total theft and eliminates the liable excess amount of Theft Protection, reducing it to zero. In accordance with Jordanian law, obtaining a police report is mandatory in the event of theft, and it must be submitted with any claim for validation.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)

Personal Accident Insurance: An optional insurance that provides coverage for the renter and their passengers in the event of accidental death (up to 20,000 JOD), accident-related medical expenses, and ambulance costs (up to 10,000 JOD).

Road Side Assistance Plus (RAP)

Enterprise Jordan provides 24/7 breakdown and assistance service to customers free of charge in case of normal breakdowns or mechanical failures. Roadside Assistance Plus Protection (RAP) is an enhanced service providing comprehensive support for rental car emergencies. This includes towing, fuel delivery, battery jump-starts, tire changes, locksmith services. Roadside Assistance Plus ensures peace of mind by offering prompt and extensive help during unexpected situations on the road. However, with both Roadside Assistance and Roadside Assistance Plus, the customer is responsible for the cost of towing if the breakdown or accident is a result of driver negligence or willful misconduct.

Tires & Windshield Protection (TWP)

Tires & Windshield Protection (TWP):is an optional coverage that provides coverage for damage to the tires and windshield of the rental vehicle. This protection includes repair or replacement costs resulting from punctures, tears, and other tire damage, as well as chips, cracks, and other windshield damage. TWP ensures that renters are not financially liable for these specific types of damage, offering peace of mind during the rental period.

Smart Cover Protection (SCP)

Smart Cover Protection (SCP): Our optional comprehensive car protection product, 'Smart Cover,' offers peace of mind by reducing the renter's responsibility to zero in case of theft, damage to the body, glass and wheels, undercarriage, mechanical parts, upholstery, and/or interior trim. This protection combines the benefits of the following features:

• Body Protection: Coverage for damage to the vehicle's exterior body panels.
• Glass and Wheels: Protection against damage to the windshield, windows, and wheels.
• Super Theft Protection: Comprehensive coverage against vehicle theft.
• Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): Coverage for injuries sustained during the rental period.
• Roadside Assistance Protection: Support for breakdowns and emergencies while on the road.
